What Would It Be Like To Get Out Of Your Head And Back Into Your Body?

To feel like each act, each breath, each touch was a celebration… Even an erotic experience?

We’re Alex S. Morgan and Liam Marcus, a pair of sex and relationship coaches on opposite coasts who love helping people build powerful, authentic intimate connections with their partners and, most importantly, with themselves.

Both of us have had our own mindful sex practices for a number of years, and we continue to find new gifts within them.

We’ve shared these tools with our clients and seen them transform their lives. They’ve gone from:

  • Being disconnected from their bodies
  • Feeling like they can’t relax
  • Not being present with their partners—or with themselves!—sexually

…to being present, feeling connected, and fully inhabiting their bodies.

Their partners noticed the difference. Each touch was more tuned in. Sex became more intimate. Love, trust, and affection grew closer to the surface.

Our clients developed a greater capacity for empathy. As they became more compassionate toward themselves, it became easier to be loving to their partners. Intimacy was more natural; over time, it grew easier to challenge the impulse to hide, cling, or run away.

If You’ve Struggled With Mindfulness In The Past…

If you tend to dissociate, these practices can be particularly helpful. We’ve experienced firsthand how hard it is to stay present in your body when you deal with trauma, chronic pain and illness, dysphoria, negative body image, anxiety, even depression.

Checking out can be a helpful coping mechanism, but what do you do when you’re ready to let that strategy go?

In this online class, we’ll share some special tips and tricks for people who experience dissociation. That disconnection can make it challenging to do certain kinds of meditation and mindful embodiment practices, but we’ve got a few tips for you that will help you have a smooth transition from checked-out to finding a home within your own body.

During This Free Online Class You Will Discover…

  • How to connect with your sexuality—without the guilt! We’ll share the techniques we use with our private coaching clients to nurture your desire and sensuality.
  • How to create a mindful sex practice so that you can get out of your head and into your body.
  • Tools to make mindful sex a part of your life, so that you can create a sustainable practice that nourishes your erotic self.

Mindful sex practices form a powerful foundation for the work we do with our coaching clients and in our group programs. If you’re on a journey to improve your relationship with your body, your partner(s), or your sex life, developing a mindful sex practice that fits into your life will make your journey not only easier but more intimate, sensual, and real.

We would love to see you take the practices that we’ll share with you in this online class and make them a part of your life. Tell us, a month from now, two months from now, how they’re working for you.

Looking forward to seeing you at the class!
